I don’t think I was ever one for bucket lists, I mean I did have dreams & experiences that I wanted accomplished, but I was never in any rush to complete these things, I kinda just expected them to happen or felt that my future self would make them happen when she knew how.
Looking back now I wish I kept more tabs on what I wanted from my future self, maybe it’s not too late?
Day 13: Discuss some of the things on your bucket list.
As I mentioned above I was never one for bucket lists, but that didn’t stop me from creating them, I did try and everything when I was still a teen trying to figure out what I wanted to do, except drugs. Don’t do drugs, kids.
When I made them they were incredibly cliche, I had all the wonders of the world on them, which of course I’d like to see, but so does everyone else. There was no distinction between my list and anyone else’s. It was just a copied list from a few of the popular lifestyle websites back in the day.
So what did I actually want to do? Well, one thing that I consider my own and personal to my own development was to become a mentor to someone. Little did I know, several years down the line I would take an opportunity that would allow me to mentor not just one person, but an entire group!! I can technically tick this off my list five times over and more.
