I interrupt this week’s schedule to announce something pretty damn exciting, my blog has until recently been scattered in multiple directions with many new ideas coming forth, almost as if I had gotten over the creative block I mentioned a few months ago, and since then I’ve made good progress, only to be further surprised by another blogger award.
I remember when this was almost the norm for me, about a year ago, but things have changed quite a bit and I’m happy to see that my content is still found to be useful, and even a tad inspiring when it needs to be. And let’s be honest, we need a boost from time to time. I was nominated by the lovely Hafsa over at PetalHugs who has the most aesthetic layout and images on her blog, seriously it fits with her content amazingly well!!
- Thank the blogger who nominated you and link their blog.
- Answer the questions the blogger who nominated you provided (11 maximum).
- Nominate new bloggers and make up to 11 questions for them to answer.
- List the rules and have the Sunshine Blogger logo present in your post.
Hafsa’s questions for me:
What is the current season in your place right now? How do you enjoy it?
It’s currently the beginning of autumn, my favourite season despite me being a spring/summer baby, the changing colours of the leaves, the warm coffees and hot chocolates and the cosy jumpers just scream perfection to me. I love visiting cafes around this time of year and definitely enjoy layering and wrapping up all cosy and warm.
Any favourite songs at the moment?
This literally comes as no surprise to anyone who really knows me, except I don’t think I’ve mentioned it on my blog either, but I’m a huge K-Pop fan and have really been enjoying Idol and the rest of the Love Yourself albums, mainly because of the message behind them. It resonates with me and is honestly beautiful.
What are you grateful for lately?
I’m grateful for my past self for taking the placement that I’m currently at right now because, despite all the anxiety, it’s been worth it. I’m grateful for all the people in my life right now and the experiences I’ve had with them, I could go on and on and on… but you get the point I’m grateful for pretty much everything.
Do you have any exciting projects coming? Hints maybe??
The only exciting projects I can think of so far is the placement blog that I’m going to be posting for, alongside this one of course, but that will be more related to my experiences as a student who works within the realm of mental health and clinical psychology. I’m also thinking of starting a new series on my blog at the start of next year, which will be entirely new and something I’ve never written about before. If all goes well with my preparation, it’ll be exciting for sure!!
If you could strongly recommend something, what is it?
I would, at this very moment, strongly recommend self-care and loving yourself. Truly taking the time out to mentally, physically and emotionally listen to your body and provide it with what it needs.
I’m going to open this out to everyone who reads this post if you’ve made it this far into the post then you, my friend, have been nominated for this award. You deserve it for all your efforts in your writing 🙂
- What’s your favourite childhood memory
- What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever visited
- What’s your favourite season and why?
- Who do you look up to?
- If you could change one thing in your life right now, what would you change?
I hope to read some of the answers, remember to leave me a comment or link my blog so I can have a look!! Thanks again to Hafsa for nominating me, I had a great time talking about things I don’t usually talk about.
